Description of Service
Find Personnel (Pty) Ltd is an on-line meeting area (venue only) where companies can find candidates, who are interested in real work. This work may be project based job-opportunities, vacation work, or full-time work. It is owned and maintained by Find Personnel.

Find Personnel does not guarantee that all candidates who register will receive job offers.

Once you register, your details will be stored in a secure database, if your details get more than 12 months out of date your details will be removed from our database, we may however contact you to see if you wish to update your details. You can delete or remove your details at any time.

Individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees may use the Web Site only for lawful purposes.

Your Use of this Site
Users are responsible for keeping their username and password safe and classified. On entering the username and password, the user will have access to the information he/she needs. Any unauthorized use of the username and password is not the responsibility of Find Personnel. You are required to change your username and password in case of losing them or in case they were used without authorization.

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting.

Information Submitted by You
Users must submit honest and complete information about themselves. Find Personnel holds no responsibility for any inaccurate information that might be posted by any party and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance. Find Personnel is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.

No user is allowed to submit information that violates the law. Such violations include posting incorrect personal information, obscene, abusive, offensive or threatening information. This includes, without limitation, posting a sexually-explicit image or statement; posting chain letters or pyramid schemes; impersonating another person; or posting material that contains viruses, or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information. The company is not responsible if any of these violations appeared on the site but it will be immediately deleted once discovered by Find Personnel.

Termination
Find Personnel has the right to terminate the users use of the site in case of violating any of the terms at any time in our absolute discretion and without any explanation or notification.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments
  1. At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorization is obtained for the amount of the order.
  2. Payment is only collected when the order is completed.
  3. Note that to protect it's own and the interests of customers, Find Personnel.co.za scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if Find Personnel.co.za is not satisfied with it's legitimacy.
Bank deposit payments
  1. If the buyer selects the 'pay via bank deposit' button, instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into the Find Personnel.co.za bank account and would it be subject to the following rules:
    1. The exact amount must be paid
    2. The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and company name in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer
    3. No transfers must be made from ATM's
    4. Cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period
    5. No bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa
    6. Unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled after five business days


Agreements of Sale
An agreement of sale between Find Personnel and a user only comes into effect if and when:
  1. A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or
  2. A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on Find Personnel’s bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or
  3. A direct deposit is reflected on Find Personnel’s bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle
Find Personnel reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Find Personnel also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Find Personnel shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.

Guarantee
No refunds will be issued.

Liability
We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the site and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site. You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
The use of this website and any agreements entered into through this website are governed by and construed in accordance with South African law. The courts of South Africa are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any agreement made through this website.

Some of the goods or services offered through this website may not be lawful or may otherwise not be permitted in certain countries outside the South Africa. If you attempt to order, receive, purchase or otherwise benefit from any such goods or services, we do not accept any liability for any losses suffered by you in using this website which you would not have suffered had you been accessing this website as a South African resident (including as a result of us being prevented from dealing with any application or enquiry by any law, regulation or other ruling applicable in any country).
